Editor's Notes

  1. We hebben geleerd dat niet onze functionaliteiten aanslaan, maar echte verhalen van echte mensen. Daarmee wordt de hidden magic van ons product duidelijk. Gameking: we kunnen het vertellen, maar je moet het gezien hebben. Pas dan slat het aan. The Sparklab brings the hidden magic of the Microsoft products to life 
  2. Medewerkers weten ons te vinden. Zoals bij Marco Derksen. Daar was een collega in gesprek, een ander meldt het via Yammer. Wij gaan dan aan de slag.  Sommige college’s zijn niet heel actief met conversaties, maar blijken wel de ogen en oren van ms te zijn.
  3. Van een tweet tot een publicatie. Dit proberen we nu nog te optimaliseren. Aan de andere kant hoeft snelle content ook niet altijd heel mooi te zijn. We werken niet met SLA’s. Moeilijk om snel content te maken. Je ziet daarom dat we vaak ook vanuit sparklab de connectie maken met influencers, terwijl wij dat liever anderen laten doen. Wel zien we dat medewerkers steeds vaker mensen uitnodigen etc. Zorg voor goede afspraken met een bureau. Op dit moment zijn we op zoek naar oplossingen om het traject te versnellen.
  4. Meteen iemand overvallen met content werkt vaak niet. Begin eerst het gesprek, kijk later pas naar een verrassing. Voorbeeld: Marco Derksen. Je komt niet altijd zo’n enthousiasteling als Chiem tegen.
  5. Meetbaar maken: Je hebt een aantal resultaten nodig en je moet rapporteren, maar hou het zo eenvoudig mogelijk. Niet meten om het meten, maar meet de juiste. Verzand niet in meten. In het begin wilden we echt alles meten. Met als resultaat teveel tijd in meten en weinig betekenisvolle gegevens. Hou het simpel: denk aan reach, aantal taken, aantal gesprekken en vooral sentiment. Son;t please the system Als je er in gelooft hooft ook niet alles gemeten te worden Probeer niet alles in schema;s te stoppen. Houd het simpel. De eerder genoemde sentimentmeting spreekt het meest tot de verbeelding.
  6. Medewerkers. Het afgelopen jaar wilden we zo’n beetje iedereen betrekken. Dit is onmogelijk. Begin met de enthousiastelingen. Zodra je 1% hebt, dan komt vanzelf de volgende 9%. Wij hebben nu een plekje verworven in de New Hire Days, zodat iedereen die het bedrijf binnenkomt kennis neemt van het fenomeen sparklab.
