The Government and the People of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines are deeply distressed that the Constitutional Court of the Dominican Republic has revoked the citizenship of black Dominicans of Haitian descent. This ruling by the court is unacceptable in any civilised community. It's an affront to all established international norms and elemental humanity, and threatened to make the Dominican Republic a pariah regionally and globally.
