Setting up Google Voice

2. GOOGLE VOICE
• It gives you a free online phone number.
• You can link it to your email account.
• Every time you get a voice message, it will
send you an email.
• I am using it as a homework assignment
that students will have to do every two
weeks.
• They will practice speaking the language
at home.

3. 1- Click on the Apps menu
2-Scroll down to the “Even more from Google”

4. 3. Scroll down to Google Voice and click on it

5. 4. At Google Voice, click on “Get a Voice
number”

6. 5. Choose “I want a new number”

7. 6. It will ask you for your number and
then click on continue.

8. 7-Once you are done setting up your number,
click on your Google number (left side)
8-Click on edit your personal number

9. 9-Click on Show advanced settings
