2. PROBLEM
1. Students took time in lining-up in the
classroom’s department for the voting
process.
2. Voting process is done manually.
3. The candidates name doesn’t match on
what they were elected.

3. OBJECTIVES
1. Produce a computerized voting system in
every department.
2. The voting process will run through the
system to easily register using the bar code
reader and vote will count automatically.
3. The candidates name will be disabled in
other category.

4. SCOPE
The system will process the registration
through bar code reader.
The vote will automatically counted once the
log-out happens.
Viewing of candidates information are
allowed.
It can also accept blank or empty vote in
every category.
Results and ranking can preview using the
system.

5. LIMITATION
New registration are not allowed unless the
process of enrolling are done.
The system cannot view the counting of
votes.
It is not capable of posting feedbacks.
