About SHG was founded in 1985 to blend management consulting with investment banking. We operate understanding that most consultants are limited in their knowledge of capital markets and investment banking. Further, investment bankers are not necessarily adept at advising companies on strategic operational issues. SHG has put together a diverse team with a unique blend of talents and experiences, from C-level executives who have run public and privately held companies to seasoned financial industry professionals.
