ABSTRACT
Learning with technologies are very much
extensive at present but designing and developing of
Web-based learning to promote English
communication skills still are inappropriate format.
The purpose of this research were to study how
to design and develop web-based learning
environment to promote English communication
skills based on constructivist theory and
communication framework, to study students’
English communication skills, to study students’
achievement from learning and to study students’
opinion from learning. Communication
development’s framework modify from Curriculum
development centre, Ministry of Education (1998).
The research design was Pre-experimental
research design (One group pre-test posttest
design) and The innovation research design were 3
parts; 1) Design process 2) Development process 3)
Evaluation process (Richey and Klein, 2007). Data
were quantitative analyzed of learning achievement
for qualitative analysis, communication skills
