2. First
1. The supremacy clause of the federal
Constitution (Art. VI, clause 2) says: that only
the Constitution, laws made pursuant to the
Constitution, and Treaties made under the
authority of the United States are the supreme
law of the land. Supreme Court “opinions” are
NOT part of that supreme law.

smacking-down-those-who-smack-down-the-constitution/
3. Second
2. Supreme court opinions are not “law” -- they
are OPINIONS on the cases [rightly or wrongly]
before the Court. The ONLY! ONLY! ONLY!
federal law in this land is: The Constitution, Laws
made by Congress which are permitted by the
Constitution, and Treaties made by the President
and the Senate which are permitted by the
Constitution.
Supreme Court opinions are- NOT LAW.
4. Third
3. Yet, the statists: ( statism Defined: |ˈstātˌizəm|noun.)
a political system in which the state has substantial centralized control over social and economic
affairs: “the rise of authoritarian statism”.
have managed to convince most
Americans that the Supreme Court is THE highest law
making body in the entire Country. IT is NOT! As people
have the opportunity to read our federal Constitution
and use their heads, they will see this absurd claim as
corrupt as long as 100 years ago. Sooo, proceed to
“Publius Huldah’s Blog” and become one savvy, astute
Constitutional individual.
5. In Conclusion
Over the years the Constitution has been maligned, mis-interpreted, and
ignored. Malevolent groups continue to this day attempts to eviscerate our
Constitution for their own ends.

The Constitution has so well protected the many peoples of the United States
that other countries have worked to corrupt or change it continuously since it’s
inception. As well as have other political organs IE:
Communists, Marxists, and the usual unwitting dupes and dullards. Beware
especially the Article V Convention , commonly called ( for good reason )a CON-
CON. Above are links to sites of repute concerning knowledge of and protecting
the Constitution. The Constitution protects us all— that means all, not what
craven fools pander and pretenders state.
