  2. In speaking to business leaders like yourself, questions we are hearing…. A lot of these questions arise from leaders looking to make their organizations more agile…. “These are all great questions, but before we get into these, what is at top of mind for you?”
  3. Gartner recently came out with some fascinating research and they looked at the engagement levels of employees and one of the interesting things they found is more and more jobs are non-routine, meaning they change all the time…. Things are different every day and that would make it sound like it’s always interesting and always engaging. However, what was alarming is they found that very few employees are actually engaged. 87% dis engaged! Gartner found that in companies where employees were highly engaged, they’re better performing They had a competitive advantage; they had 2½ times higher revenue gross than all the other companies that were out there
