Creative Development Quick Sheet
Meeting Spec.
Standard Production Requirements for Display Ads

All production trafficked into the Recrue Media network must meet the following requirements or face
rejection from primary publishers like Yahoo, Fox Interactive, Facebook, etc. who maintain rigid creative
controls.

    1) We recommend you use the sizes that are most universally accepted:
          a. 300x250,
          b. 180x150,
          c. 728x90,
          d. 160x600,
          e. 120x600.

         Other sizes are available, but their delivery will be limited due to restricted publisher use.

    2)   Ad sizes (dimensions) must be exact. 302x250 type submissions will be rejected by publishers.

    3) File sizes MUST stay within limits. No individual creative can exceed 40K.

    4) :15 seconds is the MAXIMUM animation time allowed per creative loop.

    5) A maximum 3 animation loops is allowed per creative.

    6) NO continuous looping can occur on any animation based creative.

    7) Ads should have a distinct SOLID border around entire ad (e.g.1 pixel black border or a dark
       background) and phone numbers need an area code.
    8) All in-page ad units MUST spawn a new browser window when clicked so that the visitor isn't
       taken off the publisher's site.
    9) Font size must be 12pt or higher.
    10) Files should be named with Customer Name, Ad Creative Name, and Ad Unit Size.
        (e.g., Northeastern University_2010 Undergrad_180x150)



For retargeting based campaigns, it is required that all creative versions be separated, bundled with all
format sizes and clearly labeled with the AD ID number supplied to you by Recrue Media. Each AD ID
number will be assigned to you when supplied your Pixel Tag Code(s) and must accompany all creative
files and instructions.

                                                                               animation length.




Traffic Instructions

Please send all creative instructions to your campaign manager Steven Bogue,
sbogue@recruemedia.com or Mark Landon, mlandon@recreumedia.com. Insertion orders and creative
materials should include:

1. Name of advertiser.
2. Creative product (ie. rich media vendor name, targeting etc)
3. IAB creative sizes.
4. Start and end dates.
5. URL to which each creative click returns.
6. Name and telephone number of the client/agency/creative contact.
