3. Importance of Plastic Part
 The plastic part is also very important for
constituting a car, a fine car must have a high
quality plastic parts.
 According to this situation, Sino Automotive

 As we all know, the design process of car trim is more
complicated than the general plastic mould because of the high
precise matching requirements. So when we got the plastic 3D
model from our clients.
 we will conduct a meeting with all the related officers will be
discussing about the 3D design shortcoming to find out if there
are any places have the tooling problem exists.
For example: Demoulding angle, part strength, plastic
filling, deforming, thickness, texture. If there have any questions
or problems,
 we will contact to our customer. We will also have a technical
meeting that all the technical points will be mentioned out, such
as the mould steel, plastic material, mould basic structure and its'
MFI, customer's injection machine's parameters, customer's
special requirements and the components machining process.
The Auto Mould design QC department will start the inspection
after the automotive mould design ready.

 During the machining, we need to check the steel
hardness and also do all quality controlling.
 We build two or three stages machining. The first
stage is rough machining, some time we make
half accurate machining.
 The ultimate level is accurate high-speed mincing
or machining. After each machining process, we
have CMM measuring instruments for cavities /
cores and checking of other component’s
dimension. If the sizing satisfies the tolerance
then only we will take it to our assembling shop
otherwise, we will act re-machining immediately.

 We have QC engineers control the quality points
when the mould would be assembling. Before the
mould T1, the Mould will be disassembled for
QC, and Sino-auto has the T1 standard. If the
mould doesn’t meet the standard, we can’t make
any mould testing.
 Sino-auto has more than 15 sets of different size
of machine which are specially for mould testing.
Our operation team has rich experience; this
team's task is to find the moulds shortcoming and
what should be the improvement. After the T1
improvement, we will make mass simulation.
