2. Ultraframe - innovative
• Ultraframe is a new innovative single sided
formwork system from RMD Australia. It is
much faster to erect than traditional methods
• The formwork used can be either panels, such
as RMD’s Minima system or traditional
formwork
• Ultraframes modular design enables
formwork to be moved from one pour
location to another without disassembly

3. Flexible in size and movement
• Ultraframe has three sizes of
modular stacking frames each 2.3m
high and a Super Slim Soldier top
extension. The three frames are
simply attached by pin connections
• Optional heavy duty wheels allow
easy movement of Ultraframe away
from the curing concrete wall so it
can be moved to the next pour
location without the need for a crane

4. Choose the finish you need

• The inherent strength of the three
frame design of Ultraframe enables
it to reach a pour height of up to
9.6m, so it has the versatility to form
walls of relatively low to high
heights depending on your specific
needs
• The Ultraframe system supports
various types of formwork, which
makes it flexible in regards to which
formwork would work more cost
effectively on the project, or provide
the finish required

5. Reduces labor and components needed
• Ultraframe eliminates the use of wall
ties and the need for external raking
props, therefore reducing equipment
required and labour costs
• Ultraframe’s re-usable anchor ties
reduce the cost of cast-in components,
thereby reducing the cost of the project
• Its high load anchorage capacity of up
to 500kN provides support for the
formwork. The two inclined ties carry all
loads due to the applied concrete
pressure. This keeps the system
securely in place

6. Superslim and tie
Inclined tie carries all loads due to concrete

Soldier components enable flexible
height adjustment to the top section. This
is a vital feature for formwork where
there is a roof above..

Jacks invert to make rear
connections between frames.

8. Optional Wheel
Wheels with sliding axles enable stripping
and longitudinal movement of gang forms.
500kN tie loads in a pair of 26mm
diameter Ultrarapid ties.
