  3. 3. Why it is necessary? We spend a lot outside the door to bring them in; but we loose a lot at our door too.Can you calculate a cost of the enquiry?
  4. 4. Types of Enquiries Individual – Fresh Individual – with reference Group Enquiries. If more than 1 enquiries are there, attend on first come first serve basis. But ask others to wait and apologize for keep them waiting.
  5. 5. Individual - Fresh  Wish him/her with cheerful face and offer water.  Try to understand his/her needs.  Don’t start directly with course details.  Ask his/her background, college, where he stays etc. – Try to develop his/her interest in you.  Now you are ready to explain RS-CIT.

Individual - with reference  Ask him the name if he has come through reference of other learner.  Tell him that his friend (Reference) is a very good students and have learnt a lot. if possible show some outputs prepared by him and name of course  Offer him to fill the enquiry form and come for a demo class in next 1-2 day.  Give him a copy of brochure and ask if he has any query about this course
  7. 7. Group Enquiries  Try to understand Their needs.  Identify the Leaders in group  Offer them suitable time to give group demo  Ask Their background, college, where They stays etc. – Try to be friendlier with them.
  8. 8. काउंसल ंग करने का सही क्रम  पह े आप आईटी इंडस्ट्री के बारे में बात करें व उनका कं प्यूटर लसखने का ननर्णय की प्रशंशा करें (स्ट् ाइड न. 11)  आईटी की बात कर ेने के बाद उन्हें RS-CIT ककस प्रकार माके ट के अन्य कोसेज से लिन्न है के बारे में बताएं (स्ट् ाइड न. 12 & 13 )  इसके पश्चात् हमारे कोसण के कं टेंट के बारे में बहुत गौरवान्न्वत हो कर प्रशंशा कर बताये व हर चैप्टर के बारे में वववरर् दें(स्ट् ाइड न.14 to 17)
  9. 9. काउंसल ंग करने का सही क्रम  कं टेंट बताते हुये कोई कमी न छोड़े क्योंकक यही पॉइंट एक इन्क्वारी को सवाणधिक प्रिाववत करता है  इसके पश्चात् अपनी डेस्ट्क पर रखें सामग्री (स्ट् ाइड न. 18) को ददखाए व एक्सप् ेन करें  इन्क्वारी को सूधचत करें की बैच 2-3 ददन में शुरू होने वा ा है व अपना रन्जस्ट्रेशन करवाने हेतु वे 100 Rs जमा कर सकते है अन्यथा बैच का टाइलमंग उपयुक्त न लम पाने की ददक्कत अक्सर रहती है |
  10. 10. काउंसल ंग करने का सही क्रम  इन्क्वारी को सूधचत करें की बैच 2-3 ददन में शुरू होने वा ा है व अपना रन्जस्ट्रेशन करवाने हेतु वे 100 Rs जमा कर सकते है अन्यथा बैच का टाइलमंग उपयुक्त न लम पाने की ददक्कत अक्सर रहती है |  अगर आप को गे की इन्क्वारी इस वक्त 100 Rs जमा नहीं करवाना चाहते है तो इन्क्वारी फॉमण ननक वा कर उनसे िरवा ें व उनसे पूछ ें की ककतने ददनों में उनसे कफर से बात की जा सकती है

H/She is interested in using MS-Office in his/her daily routines.  Tell how its very easy, advanced and effective with ERA and of-course your own strengths

This will help us to confirm our admission.
