2. Covai Property Centre (Covai) was launched in Dec 2001 by Colonel (Veteran) A Sridharan, VSM
Colonel served the army for 30 years. Associated with Military Operations Directorate at Army head
quarters, as General Staff Officer (operations) in Ladakh and Military Assistant to chief of Army staff.
Awarded Vishishst Seva medal by the President in 1992.
As an ex-servicemen’s enterprise, Covai is known for its transparency in dealings, timely completion
of projects and continuous improvement in processes. Quality construction and professionalism have

Besides real estate projects, both in commercial and residential segments, the Company is pioneer in
