3. 1. Client & Matter Wise billing report
The name itself is self-explanatory, this report provides the summary of Worked hours, Billed hours, Billed/
Unbilled Fees, Total Base & Percentage for all or particular client for selected period. It lists Client Name,
Worked hours, Billable hours, Billed hours, Billed & Un-billed fees.

4. 2. Billing Report
This report shows the details of Invoice with Professional Fees charged and Disbursement for the particular
Matter and the period. Receivables reflect the total receipts from each clients against the invoices.
Outstanding amount can details are also available.

5. 3. Realization Report:
This report show used to extract the details of realization of invoices with Invoice Number, Invoice Date,
Professional Fees, Out Pocket Expenses, Taxes if applied, Total Amount of invoice, Realized and balanced
amount of the invoice. It lists Office, Transaction Leader, Client/Matter Name, Date of Receipt with details,
Receipt value in INR, TDS in INR, Invoice Number & Date, Received fees.

7. 4. Account Receivables
This Report gives summarized details of Client outstanding for particular date, along with Invoice Number
and Date, Due date, Base Invoice Amount, Payment Received till date of report and pending balance if any.
The search fields will helps to extract the data using their combinations, the fields are Client Name, Invoice
Date, Office, Team and Currency. It lists Office, Transaction Leader, Client/Matter Name, Invoice Number &
Date, Due Date, Invoice Amount, Invoice Amount (INR), Receipt (INR), Balance (INR).

8. 5. Outstanding Aging Report:
This in one of the most important report form the account point of view, it give a summary of outstanding on
particular date and shows the number of invoices that are outstanding, the involved amount classified into
due for number of days [Eg. 30 days, 31 to 60 days, 61 to 90 days etc.] .The search fields helps to search the
data by Client, Date, Office and Team. It list Office, Team, Client Name, Currency, Count of Bills, Total Amount,
Total Amount in INR and Days.
