Life has often been compared to a game, but we are
never told how to play nor what it means to win!
The importance of the Ten Rules for Being Human
are evident; as they serve as guidelines to playing
the game of life.
They answered our fundamental questions and
help us as unique individuals become more aware
of certain lessons to be learnt.

THE TEN RULES
FOR BEING
HUMAN

Make peace with your body so it can effectively serve its
purpose and share its valuable lessons.
 Accept what life presents to you (a body) with a good
attitude.
 View yourself as being worthy regardless of what you
look like or how your body performs.
 Respect your body by learning what it needs for
optimum performance.
 Make time and space for pleasure in your life.
RULE ONE
YOU WILL RECEIVE A BODY

Align with yourself with your own unique path by learning
your individual lessons.
 Always recognise lessons and be open to their inherent
value.
 Choose actions that align with your true path.
 We have unique circumstances that ought to be
handled differently.
 Trust that your circumstance leads to your own path.
RULE TWO
YOU WILL BE PRESENTED
WITH LESSONS

View mistakes as opportunities to learn.
 Be compassionate.
 Learn to forgive.
 Live your life ethically.
 Keep a sense of humor.
RULE THREE
THERE ARE NO MISTAKES,
ONLY LESSONS

Learn to identify the patterns that you are
repeating and the lessons they offered.
 Be aware of the behaviors that cause you to
repeat the same pattern.
 Be willing to change.
 You play a role in creating your circumstance.
 Be patient enough to learn your lessons.
RULE FOUR
A LESSON IS REPEATED
UNTIL LEARNED

Embrace your role as a perpetual student of life.
 Surrender to the fact that if you are alive, there are
lessons to be learned.
 Be committed to learning and mastering all your
lessons.
 Be humble.
 Learn to be flexible around every new circumstance.
RULE FIVE
LEARNING DOES NOT END

Live in the present.
 Appreciate what you have, when you focus on those
you hope to obtain.
 Life has its own agenda; do not be attached to desires.
 True abundance comes from appreciating the present,
not from amassing wealth.
 Being focused on the present brings peace.
RULE SIX
“HERE’’ IS NO BETTER
THAN “THERE’’

Your reactions to others say more about you than they
do about others.
 Learn to embrace all parts of others.
 See that the judgments of others say more about you.
 Take time to nurture yourself towards wholeness.
 Be supportive.
RULE SEVEN
OTHERS ARE ONLY
MIRRORS OF YOU

Create and own your own reality.
 Take responsibility for yourself and create a life of
which you are proud.
 Release certain circumstances that hold you back
from creating your own reality.
 Be courageous; create the life you desire.
 Learn to call upon your power.
 Be adventurous.

Tune in and honor the messages and answers you
receive from your spiritual blueprint.
 Listen.
 Trust yourself.
 Be inspired.

Remember the truth, again and again, and to create ways to
find your way back when you forget.
 Have faith.
 Embrace the lessons of wisdom.
 Do not be limited; there are no boundaries to what you
can become or do.
