We agreed to:
• Assess the presenting problem.
• Review company issues and collect relevant
information.
• Analyze data and present the findings.
• Suggest recommendations.
• Prepare a report containing all the details.

3. Presenting Problems
• With increasing business activity, SFI has been
struggling to effectively, and fairly, allocate
work to employees.
• There has been difficulty choosing who to
promote or hire.
• Low employee morale has been brewing as a
result.
