The RedQue application uses advanced forms of Artificial Intelligence and Machine
learning techniques. The ability to learn enables the software to adjust and fit to any data
extraction, invoice processing and document recognition requirements.
One great example of this learning process is Invoices:
No matter how many different types of invoice you have to process, with RedQue you
can have all your invoices processed in no time with almost no manual work involved.
What does it mean in reality?
Your documents from any source – both electronic and paper documents – are
automatically converted into structured information that you need, and then classified and
processed automatically according to your pre-defined workflow procedures.

The added value is thus not in OCR usage, but mainly in the actual understanding of
separate document fields, thanks to machine learning techniques.
RedQue enables you to:
 automatically process paper documents (scans), electronic documents (PDF, Word,
Excel, etc.) and e-mails (including attachments)
 increase data quality (get information instead of images), efficiency (the whole
process is automated with minimum to no human labor involved) and availability
(customizable access from anywhere, anytime)
 decrease costs for document processing, errors and processing time (batch
scanning and recognition is automatic)
 RedQue automates the whole information flow and completely eliminates repetitive
manual document processing work. That means no re-typing any more.
 Extracted information (e.g. invoices data) can be stored into your local system or
exported, or any kind of pre-defined work-flow can be initiated (e.g. for invoice
approval).

Conclusion
In this project we used our expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning
techniques which enabled RedQue clients to significantly reduce costs on document
(invoice) processing.
