How We Do It
The art of executive search headhunting and senior
recruitment is not difficult to understand, but requires a

All our skilled consultants have a comprehensive understanding of corporate

and customer base - enabling us to consider these three major factors

We initiate a confidential search campaign to source the most exacting shortlist
of candidates. We cast the net wide on your behalf and then narrow and distil
the available candidates by personal interview until we can deliver a shortlist
of the highest quality candidates that will attract our personal recommendation.
The shortlist of the recommended candidates is presented to you together with
a summary report on each one.
Throughout the campaign we deliver regular reports on progress as well as
interesting feedback, industry intelligence, post placement reviews and
candidate management.
In brief, having gained a full understanding of your business, we will identify and
source key individuals who meet your role requirements and match the cultural
atmosphere of your business. We will then interview and profile them, ready to
recommend to you which ones to meet.
We will also arrange for candidates to attend the appropriate interviews, manage
all associated administration, including the negotiation of job offers and will

Your Investment
Our fee rates are based on a low percentage of the
candidate’s guaranteed remuneration, usually basic
salary plus a small valuation for a company car. We are
happy to agree a fixed fee rate for a particular role
removing the restraint of any budget restrictions during
salary negotiations.
Our clients choose to retain our services, ensuring the strongest and most
productive working relationship with everybody committed to its success.
As a retained campaign a small portion of our total fee is paid on your authorisation
for us to proceed with the search. This enables us to invest the necessary time
and resources to identify, track, approach and meet with candidates and to
ensure the success of the campaign. The remainder of the agreed fee is paid at
the conclusion of the campaign and the appointment of your new executive.

providing you with consistent and timely market knowledge, industry intelligence
and the confidence that the very best available candidates will be found.
A dedicated, focused, individual researcher and consultant is assigned to
