Milestone, the Winner of EntrepreneurStar 2012

Held by School of Business and Management ITB in which was organized by MBA
Jakarta in partnering CIEL (Centre of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Leadership), EntrepreneurStar 2012
was held yesterday (19/4/2012) in MBA Jakarta Campus. With the same ideas as last year competition,
EntrepreneurStar 2012 was aimed to invite student entrepreneurs to develop and present their fledgling business
ideas to real investors and get the professional feedback.
At the end of the competition journey, there were 5 best finalists who had successfully walked into the Final
Round to present their business ideas in front of the judges and walked away with the prizes and prides. They
were:
Nuansa Indonesia from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering ITB, with Indonesias Classic Souvenir

Formidolose from SBM ITB, with the Electrical Lunch Box
Churrein from Prasetiya Mulya Business School, with Indonesias Churros Snacks
Batik Geek from Institut Manajemen Telkom, with Batik Accessory for your Gadgets
And acted as fellow judges were:
Wawan Dhewanto (as Judge Coordinator from CIEL)
Hariono (CEO of KASA Group, owner of Bersih Sehat Massage, Midori Japanese Restaurant, and
Ngalam Indonesia Cuisine)
Ben Wirawan (Director of Mahanagari Nusantara)
After all finalists finished their presentation, it was the time for the judges to deliberate their appraisal to elect the
winners. Following the 1st winner announcement by Hariono told the audiences: “It’s not easy to determine the
winner, but we must. This team can see the opportunity of their business and they are succeeded to identify what
the market needs in this digital era. Please welcome, Milestone from Prasetiya Mulya, as the first winner of
EntrepreneurStar 2012.”
“Speechless. Yet we are very happy and surprised,”said the winner who wished to have 10.000 readers of their
new digital magazine in one year.
Came as the runner-up was Batik Geek from Institut Manajemen Telkom followed by Formidolose from SBM
ITB on the third place. Churrein from Prasetiya Mulya and Nuansa Indonesia from Industrial Engineering of ITB
each came as fourth and fifth winners.
