Workplace Giving with Makerble
Makerble tracks the difference your donations make in the world. Most people have no idea where their money goes when they give to charity, so Makerble provides progress updates explaining the number and type of people helped so you know what your donations have achieved. How it works: We have a collection of projects run by UK registered charities working around the world. You give in amounts that reflect your lifestyle each month and then the staff working on the ground on the projects provide progress updates so you know where your money’s gone. As a company you have your own page for the impact your staff make in the world through their donations from their salary. Staff or You choose projects to go in your Bundle, and you can have as many as you want. Staff visit your page and click HELP MAKE CHANGE to give to one or more projects each month using Gift Aid so that they get tax relief on their donations. Your page dynamically updates to show the total impact, recent activity and progress being made by the projects your collective donations are making possible. 31% of staff want to give to charity through their workplace but only 3% do.
