Ryan is a partner of Ferrier Hodgson headquartered in the Sydney office working during the areas of restructure, turnaround together with insolvency management. Ryan has extensive experience in corporate problem-solving assignments made for identifying and implementing solutions.
This recent experience has included appearing engaged as Administrator of REDgroup List price in February 2011, which operated 280 bookstores within Borders, Angus & Robertson together with Whitcoulls brands in Australia together with New Zealand. Ryan was primarily the reason for the ongoing trading and successful sale within the groups 90 New Zealand retail outlets, a transaction which realised for longer than NZ$50 million for the Group’s banking institutions.
