product mix. 1% Over 300.000 tons means around 250.000€.
• Direct transport from fields to factory ( 90%)
• Minimize waiting time ( No more than 4 hours. Better in the field than in the
yard. Long field storage varieties very important ).

NATURAL GAS
• Direct conecction to gas pipe.
• High efficient boilers ( >90%). Big capacity. Continuous water feeding.
Combustion exhaust gases recover ( 18% Gas safe)
• Always Insulated pipes for steam conduction.
• 100% recover of condensate steam.
• 100% III effect evaporator. NEVER II or I evaporators. Maintenance crucial.
• Efficient preevaporator ( APOLO/16 times less than III efect )

• WASTE WATER SYSTEM
Designed for reusing of water and without the use of pure /chemical O2
Efficient unloading for minimizing water contamination and reducing sand
and sludge going to waste water system.
Use of no soft varieties to reduce contamination.
Minimize waiting times for unloading.
• 80% Reuse water. Keeping the right quality.
• Cooling towers for water cooling in aseptic vs Chilled water.
• Open systems nowhere ( except the 20% of pure water).
