More than Just Lines on a Map: Best Practices for U.S Bike Routes
Is it worth your time if you can’t sell? Here’s the BIG truth
1. Hi, this is Lisa Sasevich. Welcome back to the Sassy Buddha Bar. People ask me
all the time, Lisa I got this great opportunity but they told me I can’t sell. I can’t
make an offer. I’m a guest on a teleseminar. I’m speaking in front of a small or
large group, is it worth my time? I want to tell you, absolutely yes.
Why is it worth your time? Because if they’re asking you to speak and share your
expertise, that means that you’re going to be in front of a roomful or a phone line
full of people who are looking for exactly what you have. There’s really nothing
more valuable in your business. In fact, the best thing you can do is collect the
leads. Make sure that you’ve got the name and email address of the people in
that audience so that you can stay in touch.
Here’s another hot tip. If you can’t sell, the thing to do my friends is give. If you
can’t sell, no problem, offer the people in your audience, live or virtually, the
chance to be with you one more time on a free teleseminar preview call that
you’ll be holding the next week. Right? You’re going to get this thing going and
you’re going to do it within a week of speaking. Then once they’re on your
campus, you can provide amazing value and you can make any offer you want.
