What is AdzZoo NetCare?

Which Search Engines and Directories receive the data?
AdzZoo NetCare effectively feeds directly to databases such as infoUSA, Acxiom and Dun &
Bradstreet, (3 of the top anchor databases in the industry) and are considered “trusted sources”
for content by all major publishers and directories. They directly and indirectly reach over 350
points of distribution.
Can I control where the listings go?
AdzZoo NetCare is able to provide more certainty about its distribution by working with the ven-
dors who provide the underlying databases to the publishers, so it is not possible to deselect
specific sites. A strategy of NetCare is to make the data freely available to all legitimate Search
Engines and Directories in our industry to ensure listings will be universally distributed.
When can I expect my listing to start appearing?
Due to the varying schedules of Directories and Search Engines, we suggest 90-120 days as
general guideline. Some directories may change the information within weeks, but others do
not refresh their data for a month or two, even three. We cannot control that, but we can assure
you we will make the data available to the publishers and database vendors as quickly as their
schedules permit.
What does “Quicklisting” mean and what sites are included?
Quicklisting refers to manual submission to approx 15 sites for faster visibility of basic information;
business name, address, phone, website, and category. This is ideal for new/young businesses
without much internet presence existing on sites such as YahooLocal, Yelp, InsiderPages, Four-

square, MojoPages, Kudzu, CitySquares, Just Click Local, Local.com, Brownbook, Angie’s List,
Showmelocal,YellowBot and SuperPages (we do reserve the right to add/edit this list periodically)
What if I already exist on some of these Quicklist sites?
The objective of Quick Listings is to get the business visible where it does not already exist and
to correct wrong information that may be found. If a search is done for the business name and is
found already exist, then that entity will be bypassed to not create a duplicate listing
Will the directories use all of the data I send?
Some directories only publish basic information such as business name, phone number, address
and web address. However, we assure you that we make all of the data available to publishers,
who are increasingly accepting more enhanced data such as hours of operation.
Is there specific format, limitations, etc. when creating my listings?
As we mirror Google guidelines as a benchmark, there are character limitations for fields such
as business name, description, products, etc. The AdzZoo NetCare application will guide you on
how to submit.
I already have owner verified/claimed listings on some sites. Will my submission to
AdzZoo NetCare overwrite this or create a duplicate?
If you are submitting listings that are already claimed, this prevents us from further editing so
changes will need to be made directly with applicable directory or Search Engine. Be sure to
submit to us the same content that you have submitted directly so it will be viewed as a ‘match’
and avoid creating a duplicate listing. Although we cannot edit/change your claimed listings, our
depth of distribution can offer further credibility to your business as the directories and search
engines ‘spider’ the internet.
Does the Web Card provided in the NetCare package suffice as a web site for the
purposes of the Qnanza offering?
No, In order to qualify for a Qnanza sale, the merchant must have their own website.
What is the “Verification” related to the verified business seal?
Our Verified Listing service provides your business with the benefit of bank-level identity verifica-
tion. This gives consumers and publishers confidence in your legitimacy. After your business passes
through our verification process, we syndicate your verified listing through major publication channels

and use it as the basis for services such as Quick List and Claimed Profiles. Businesses earn a Veri-
fied seal for use in their business profiles. This seal can be used in email correspondences, on their
website, in facebook and anywhere else they are managing their presence online. This logo will be
provided via email, including html coding, once the businesses information is verified.
What process is used for verification?
By utilizing third party verification specialists such as Edentify, we employ similar methods of the
banking industry to cross reference public records and databases for verification purposes. If nec-
essary, phone verification through our key data partners is utilized to validate the business name is
as submitted. (Note: refused calls will be considered unverified and will not be distributed.)
How do I notify AdzZoo NetCare of any pertinent changes with the business own-
er such as: Phone number, Address, Hours of Operation?
Any changes to sites where login credentials have been provided, the quickest and recommend-
ed way is to log in and make the appropriate changes. If any changes to pertinent information
are made in these sites, it’s important to send these changes to support@adzzoo.com. The sup-
port team will resubmit the changes through the proper distribution channels. Understand that
the process could take 90-120 days before if filters completely through all the directories.
Can I request a deletion?
Let’s hope this isn’t needed; however, a deletion may be requested if the business has ceased
operations. AdzZoo NetCare will submit deletion request through the proper distribution chan-
nels. Notification of this should be directed to support@adzzoo.com.
Why is there a renewal fee?
Many directories and data providers require re-listing the data annually so we have to repeat
many of these processes on an ongoing basis. Some directories remove listings if they are not
actively updated – it also helps keep data fresh and information about your business accurate.
What if I do not renew?
If you do not renew, your records will be removed from our “active” file that we provide to the
directories. Different sites and distribution partners will treat deactivated NetCare listings in dif-
ferent ways. Some may keep the listings active temporarily and some may delete the record
immediately, this is beyond our control.

Many of these sites allow me to load my information for free, so why do I have to pay?
Our value is access, efficiency, and the Info Cast lifeline. Time savings, depth of distribution,
access to non public databases such as GPS Devices, Mobile Devices and 411 directories are
just a few notable advantages. With over 350 digital distribution points, one could imagine the
time spent managing this enormous task. Our nominal fee becomes a “no brainer” for most
businesses. Most business couldn’t even name 50 distribution points. How could they possi-
bly manage information in portals, publishers, and directories they aren’t even aware of? Also,
loading this information is included in the NetCare package but businesses are paying for that
service. The businesses are also receiving web identity security nad management with NetCare.
What is an Online Citation?
Any reference to a business or website in an alternate location (ie a directory or Mapping Section).
How do I make changes to my Web Card?
Submit the change requests to support@adzzoo.com. Be sure to include the business name
and be sure to reference you are a NetCare client.
Why would a NetCare product owner want to upgrade or include an Adword campaign?
Net Care is primarily a listing syndication service accompanied by an awareness and educational
communicative process known as Info Cast. NetCare does encompass geo-targeted elements
based on search queries as does search engine marketing initiatives, however NetCare’s results
are not displayed in the sponsored link sections. Search engine marketing advertising still proves
to be an immediate and effective method of reaching prospects.
Does NetCare Provide a Landing Page?
No, NetCare does provide a Web Card with acts as a Micro Site for their business. This also
serves as a “Master Copy” of their business profile. This becomes the source where all informa-
tion is disseminated from to ensuring accurate and consistent syndication efforts.
Can we predict/quote how much progression the business owner will see in the
different categories of the Local Identity Report?
No, we can’t be certain exactly what percentages will change in each category. It depends on a
variety of items, some of which are out of our control. The percentage increases will vary. Busi-
nesses with a low starting position will undoubtedly show larger percentage increases.

Is this a valuable service for someone with an existing Web Site? Would this
benefit an AdzZoo Advantage Client?
Absolutely! Having a Web Site, and having a web presence are two entirely different notions.
A nice Web Site is a great credibility piece. The methods deployed to make this site more vis-
ible are the advertising initiatives. Of course, SEO and SEM are common methods of utiliza-
tion; however, Mapping Services, Social Networks, GPS, 411, Telematic Services, Review Sites,
Blogs etc. are all powerful methods of obtaining a complete presence online. The best sites in
the world don’t ensure proper syndication to these portals.
Is NetCare a web optimization product?
No, the primary components of this product are not designed to achieve organic ranking for ex-
isting sites; however, it is entirely possible and common for organic ranking to improve over time
by proper syndication to theses portals and publishers online. Many of these directories enable
links back to existing sites. This alone can positively affect organic ranking.
Is the Facebook fan page a business page or a personal profile?
The fan page NetCare creates is a business fan page. Once 25 likes are obtained, the business
will be assigned a Vanity URL by facebook. This is very beneficial in their local marketing efforts.
Info Cast will begin to educate the merchant on the benefits of this designation as well as meth-
ods to achieve this.
Does the client own the Facebook fan page?
Yes, this is their page.
How much time does a business owner need to dedicate to this program?
The business owner is not required or needed in the process of properly syndicating their infor-
mation online. The business owner is not required or needed to participate in the establishment
or process of creating profiles and capturing listings. If the merchant wishes to further enhance
these situations, their participation will be based on their availability and desire.
Does NetCare include a reputation management/defender component?
NetCare does not have a reputation component at the moment. Through Info Cast, we will
begin to guide business owners on the importance of this arena. We do establish them on sites
that enable them to start to start developing a positive reputation online. Yelp is an example of
such sites.

Does a person have to be a CD in order to market NetCare?
No, a sales representative can market NetCare.
Is there a certification process to market NetCare?
No, currently there is no certification process for marketing NetCare. We do recommend you at-
tend the online training webinars and review the FAQ’s prior marketing presenting this product or
submitting an application.
Will a report be available to the CD for use a prospecting tool?
Yes, we are still working out the details of this process but we intend to make the Local Identity
Report available in limited fashion in your back office for use as a prospecting tool.
Can we offer NetCare for Non-Brick and mortar businesses?
Yes.
Can/Does NetCare correct bad reviews?
No. Review on independent sites cannot be changed or deleted without the authorization of the
site managers. This authorization is rarely given and the request would have to come from the
business owner themselves
