Lilian Gowers is an occupational therapist, family therapist and mental health professional. She became interested in family interventions, family therapy and systems family therapy while working in mental health in NSW. She has worked in not for profit organizations, charity organizations and as a volunteer with 24/7 telephone crisis services, and now works full time with Medibank Health Solutions on the triage and support programs while embarking on the journey of building a private practice.
