Anti Corruption marches through the city and Free Health checkup camps

All the Rotaract clubs of Rotaract District 3010 have been working ceaselessly for the betterment of the society
despite the hot weather conditions. This issue is thus dedicated to some of the best projects that were conducted by
our Rotaract Clubs during the past month.

Starting with support for Shri Anna Hazare‟s campaign against corruption to free Health checkup camps for the poor,
the events have been versatile. The clubs haven‟t forgotten our pledge of Ending Polio and have set up camps and
booths to administer vaccines and spread the message as well.

Rotaract is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young men and women ages 18 to 30. Rotaract clubs
are either community or university based, and they’re sponsored by a local Rotary club. This makes
them true "partners in service" and key members of the family of Rotary.

Through the Rotaract program, young adults not only augment their knowledge and skills, but they
also address the physical and social needs of their communities while promoting international
understanding and peace through a framework of friendship and service.
Membership starts with you! Invite friends, family and co-workers to become members of Rotaract

Of the things we think, This shows their dedication towards service to the society. say or do… I want to acknowledge clubs who joined Anna Hazre‟s initiative on wiping out 1. Is it the TRUTH? corruption from this country. Delhi Vikas Club participated in March against 2. Is it FAIR to all corruption at India Gate. Delhi South club members prepared posters and fast at concerned? Delhi University campus. Their contribution for sure motivated and inspired people around in supporting this noble cause. 3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? I appreciate rotaractors from NSIT who continue to take classes for laborers in the their college campus five days a week. Teaching and inspiring this section of the 4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to society will surely have a long terms impact on the education level of the this all concerned? country. We all must focus on education of the underprivileged as illiteracy is the cause of all issues like population etc. in our country. As you all know that the rotaract tenure for 2010-11 is about to get over in a months Service Above Self time , its time to form new teams , look at the grey areas and work on them for the upcoming year.
