Flynn realizes that safety is more than just policies and
procedures. Safety within our workforce comes alive when our leaders,
managers, supervisors, foremen and workers all take ownership of safety
by leading through their examples. We believe that this is the way that we
will maintain and strengthen our “Safety Culture” within our workforce.
At Flynn we have an amazing group of people that ultimately shape our
culture. Many people refer to this culture as “The Flynn Way”. Each of our
branches has a unique identity but all exemplify Flynn’s core values.
Flynn University gives our frontline employees the fundamental tools and
skills to help shape current and future leaders of our company. With the
program occurring frequently, many of our employees take advantage of this
opportunity to advance their career with Flynn!
With branches coast to coast we always have new and exciting projects on
