Interoperability Clearinghouse (ICH) was awarded a Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
contract to develop a framework to assist DHS Office of Chief Information Officer/Enterprise
Business Management Office for supporting Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA)
compliance and understanding how a standardized suite of agile IT acquisition methods will
provide DHS with a high level of process assurance to meet the IT acquisition needs of the
department. Teams with ANSER Inc. and IT Acquisition Advisory Council (IT-AAC).
ALEXANDRIA, Va.—October 8, 2015—ICH, Inc., a non-profit chartered by DOD in 2000 to advance
key tenants of Clinger Cohen Act, is proud to have been selected as prime contractor for the DHS OCIO
EBMO. Under this contract, ICH, IT-AAC (a public/private partnership) and ANSER, its not-for-profit
sub-contractor, will provide DHS OCIO with a study to assist DHS OCIO/EBMO in its efforts to evaluate
the effectiveness of agile acquisition to support the Department’s IT infrastructure and architecture and
support its future implementation. Team ICH offers 13 years of public service investments already made
to advance an agile IT acquisition maturity model across DOD, IC and Civilian agencies.
