Doing the best for society and the planet through project delivery webinar
Letter Of Reference From Bjc
1. July 22,2008
To Whom it May Concern,
As the Director of Community Hospitals, BJC Healthcare, I work closely with many members
of the construction industry. I consider Mr. James Brown to be a valuable member of our
organization. He is pleasant to work with and helps to enrich the environment of the workplace.
Jim is a dedicated member of the Planning, Design and Construction Department. He works
diligently as a project engineer on construction programs at two community hospitals in
Farmington and Sullivan Missouri. His organization and participation on various jobs assisted
the project manager, allowing him to concentrate on future project development and broad based
project goals. He has helped to implement plans, programs, and policies that will enrich the
management of these projects and provide optimal results.
His organizational skills have been valuable to these construction projects, most of which
started with significant administrative issues. Jim's persistence has helped significantly to
organize contracts, change order logs and provide guidance in documentation and financial close-
out of several projects.
In my opinion, Jim's persistence and unwavering commitment to his duties exemplify strong
moral fiber and character. He is a trustworthy individual and would be an excellent candidate for
your position in the construction industry.
Sincerely,
Clay G s e r
