We are RU LERA, comprised of a
student body, focused on the
development of labor practices
through education and establishing
networking opportunities for our
members and working professionals.
We aim to provide workshops and
events that promote the engagement
of labor topics, research, legal
matters and exchanges regarding
people and the workplace.
We welcome undergraduate
students of all majors, as well as
SMLR/LER graduate students to
join the new chapter of LERA at
Rutgers University that is run by
students for the enrichment of
students.

How Arbitrators Rule
RU LERA is co-sponsoring a special event with the New Jersey
Chapter of LERA. Four experienced arbitrators will teach us
how to evaluate grievances based on actual cases. The
arbitrators that will be sharing their learning experiences
are:
