To issue an invoice using InvoiceOcean,
simply start by clicking on the Invoice button.

In the Buyer field you may enter details
manually, or select one of previously added
clients.

Same rule applies to the Invoice entries field.
Here you can enter the item Name, Discount
%, Quantity, Unit net price or change tax
rates.

Next, you may select the Payment type, Due
date, Invoice Status, enter PO number as
well as select the method of calculating
discount.

If you are taking advantage of the Warehouse Feature you
can assign invoices to certain warehouses. Here you can
also enter Seller’s signature and Buyer’s signature as
well as Notes. InvoiceOcean allows you to choose from any
world Currency and one of our many available
Languages. You can also issue a bilingual invoice.

You can Show converted prices in any world currency, set
a Payment and Send date, choose a Print Template, add
Private and Additional notes and attachments. When
you’re all set, click Save.

Now that your invoice has been
generated, you can send it by
email, print it, export it, edit or
delete it.
