2. Importance of Self Confidence in Interview

3. What you can do [1/3]
 Reach Early: Plan your interview day and reach the office early
(Approximately 15 mins before the scheduled time). This will help you settle
in and observe the general environment of the place
 Make sure you have everything set: Have a look at the folder you are
carrying and make sure you have set up everything
(Resumes, Certificate, Recommendation letters etc). By doing this you can
avoid last minute hitch ups when the interview panel will ask for these
documents. Also ensure that you have carried a small notepad and a nice
pen for the interview, you may have to use it in case of some logical
questions/diagrams etc.

4. What you can do [2/3]
 Go over your resume: Make sure you know your resume in and out. Mostly the
interviewers will begin by asking few things related to resume hence it is of
utmost importance that you know about everything written in the resume. If
you fumble on being asked about something written in the resume then it sends
across a bad impression about the candidate “He/She’s not sure about the
resume itself”
 Visualize: This technique helps in
calming the nerves before the interview.
Imagine walking in to the room with
confidence, shaking hands with
everyone, answering the questions with
an upright posture and
confidence, being comfortable and
smiling . If you think it will happen, IT
WILL!!

5. What you can do [3/3]
Restroom: 10 minutes before the interview head into the restroom for one last
appearance check. Make sure your buttons are buttoned correctly, Shirt is
tucked in properly and you hair is not messed up. Make sure your hands are dry
before you leave the wash room, no one likes to shake a wet hand.
