3. Suggestion for Election Reforms
WE ARE PRESENTING SOLUTION IN IN
FOLLOWING 7 STEPS
1- Do not change the decision of supreme court given by the bench of justices
A.K. Patnaik and S.J. Mukhopadhaya about Section 8 (4) of the
Representation of the People Act
2- Right to recall law should be built
3- The right to reject the option may be made available in EVM machine &
the voting paper (in case not use of EVM)
4- Section 77 should have to redefined, to decrease the election expenses
5- CAG audit of the accounts of political parties should be mandatory
6- ECI insure that voter get his voting receipt after he voted,
7- section 77 (3) should have redefined as – If any candidate found out spend a
lot of money beyond the limit, he will be banned to having any govt. and
any constitutional for10 years

4. Big step for Make Big Change
• The Finance Power of MP & MLA Should have take back ,a
committee should have formed at state & central level, which
provide MLA and MP fund for development
• Must such a committee should be formed to transfer officials
to prevent transfer inspired by muscle power politics
• The election commission of india have to advertise against
criminal background mla & mp candidate
• A fast track court established for quick hearing of mp & mla
candidate

• MLA & MP fund is main source of corruption , they
give the work to their contractors by knowingly
,which they can get their amount
• By forming this committee the MP & MLA can not
interfere in any tender & can not get their amount
• When they can not earn money by their fund
• This will be make afraid them to spend big amount in
election
