    Challenges

•    Multiple and continuous Fibre cuts present massive QOS and availability challenges,
      •     Preventative maintenance isn’t enough
      •     Education of communities on the significance of the infrastructure
      •     Communication to filter down to operators from Metropolitan assemblies regarding construction in the
            vicinity of our ROW’s
      •     Soil erosion
      •     Building ring protection is costly, but seems to not be enough
•    Improving legislation to respect our ROW’s,
•    Customs on imported equipment for fibre expansion necessarily escalate pricing,
