 Office 365 would enable the company to eliminate third-party tools and acquire

had grown accustomed to in Office
 Lync’s Present capabilities, social awareness through the Lync client and real-time
interaction over video improved productivity in global meetings.
 This product had more impact on communications and productivity at the
educational Institute than anything else.
RESULT
This solution meet the needs of the enterprise, with the right levels of privacy and
data security, which was more consumer-oriented with Office 365 than the rest of
the competition, they got a complete suite of collaboration services including
Instant Messaging.
