2. A bit aboutThe Ides of March (Film summary)
As Ohio's Democratic primary nears, charming Gov. Mike Morris
(GeorgeClooney) seems a shoo-in for the nomination over his
opponent, Sen. Pullman (Michael Mantell). Morris' idealistic press
secretary, Stephen Meyers (Ryan Gosling), believes in his candidate's
integrity and the democratic process. But Meyers' meeting with
Pullman's campaign manager (Paul Giamatti) and a dalliance with a
young intern (Evan RachelWood) set in motion events that threaten
Morris' election chances.
3. The Ides of March (The Poster)
โข In the poster of the movie โThe ides of Marchโ, thereโs a guy
holding time magazine cover and inside the cover, thereโs
another guy.
โข The pictures of two guys are compiled in such a way that
they look almost the same until we look into the picture
closely.
โข Then thereโs a list of names of people written on top and on
the time magazine, thereโs a quote, โIs this Man Our Next
President?โ
โข And at last, thereโs a bold heading of the name of the movie
with sans-serif font.
4. Ides of March Posterโs Model Shoot - 1
For the first model, I had myself.Yep, I was the
first model. My shoot was done by a friend
named Meher Khalid.
And the picture you see on the right is the final
picture we selected for the poster.
For this picture, we had to do a few things about
the hair. Plus, we had to remove the background
of this image since we wanted to use a single
background color for the poster.
5. Ides of March Posterโs Model Shoot - 2
โข For the second model, we had Hamza Hassan.
He is one of the member of the team.
โข I clicked his photos and the picture at right is
the one we chose for the poster.
6. Ides of March โTime Magazine Cover
โข For the time magazine cover that the guy
had in front of his face was made using
Adobe Illustrator.
โข It was not that difficult.We made the shaped
and filled it with black color.
โข The picture you see on the right is the vector
we made using Adobe Illustrator though.
โข The cover was made in the resolution 300.
โข Later it was cropped to fit the poster.
7. Ides of March โ Poster (Stage 1)
โข At first, we created the poster by using only me
as the model.
โข The picture you see on the right is the final thing
we made using Adobe Photoshop.
โข Later, it was told my a friend that we had to use
two models and compile them into a single
poster.
8. Ides of March โ Final Stage
โข And at the end, we compiled two photos together.
At the right side of the image, I used the cropped
photo of Hamza Hassan.
โข Used some brightness and color setting, and then
wrote a couple of text to make it look exactly like
the original.
โข The picture you see on the right is the final poster
for the movie.
