1. Welcome to the Georgia National Guard Community Relations Office Speaker request procedures. The Georgia
National Guard is made up of both Army National Guard and Air National Guard units from all over the state.
We look forward to working with you on your event. We have many subject matter experts in the Georgia
National Guard. Our subject matter experts include the following subjects but are not limited to the following:
The Georgia National Guard
The Georgia Army National Guard
The Georgia Air National Guard
The State Defense Force
Ongoing Deployments
Defense Support to Civilian Authorities (State Disaster support)
Counter Drug Task Force
Youth Challenge Academy & Star Base
To request a Speaker:
1) The event coordinator will need to complete the Speaker Request Form (click to download) and sign it.
2) Scan and e-mail the Speaker Request Form to GaGuardPAO@gmail.com or call MAJ Will Cox at 678.569.6015.
Once the Community Relations Office receives the Speaker Request Form we can begin working with our units
to see if we can support your event while supporting our ongoing operations. After we have approval for your
event and have a Guardsman that can support, we will send the event coordinator confirmation of support. If
the event does not qualify or if a speaker is unavailable, will send a letter of regret.
