end to end supply chain
management solution that

Gazelle’s own solution can
extract secondary sales
data right from the
retailers/distributors system

pushed to a production
planning system. The S&OP

RCCP and daily production

then dispatched using a
dispatch planning system.

chain network can be
developed using network
optimization techniques.
The effect of promotions
can be studied on the lift
that would be produced

An Entrepreneur’s
dilemma
When we started this
journey, we were also brain
washed by media stories of
entrepreneurs getting multi
million dollar funding.
Quickly we found that this is
never true and the lack of
deep pockets initially will
impact growth. A friend’s
mother gave a relevant
analogy – when the
porridge is hot, eat from the
side. Thus our journey has
been able to reach this
stage bit by bit without
getting burnt out.
However, now Gazelle has
taken up this cause for
entrepreneurs and met
SIDBI top managers and
explained to them the IT
business and how they can

see no physical assets, and
hence lend to the
