  as there is no profit for Clovertec, they are merely
  services we provide within your contract at cost to us

• We offer a guaranteed response time of 2 hours for
  major server and network problems but our average
  response time is less than 1 hour

• We use a efficient Help Desk software allowing you to
  follow the progress of your logged calls giving you a one
  to one service with our IT professionals
