salt
oil
1. Cut carrot and onion into tiny pieces
2. Break the egg and mix it gently
3. Remove 2 spoon of the egg mixture to be used later

5. In the small ball add a little oil and soak a piece of napkin into it
6. Use that napkin to scroll around the pan at the medium heat
