The private M/Y Renaissance is based in Monaco and the owner is using the boat all the
summer.
I was Personal Chef for the owner caring the meals for its guest, traveling with him to his villlas
and his boats.
M/Y Apollo was the new build boat of the owner, where I teerminate my contract.
Owner is very dinamic person, who eats always on boat and had up to 25-30 guests I was
cooking for.
The owner eats very healthy stile, like simply Mediterranean, Italian and Japanese cuisine witch
include a lot of fresh salads, fish, seafood, fruits and lovely deserts.

Lauren L is mega charter and also private yacht which is based in Monaco.
The yacht is cruising Mediterranean in the summer season and Maldives in the winter.

My responsibility as Head Chef was planning and organizing every charter or event on the boat

The cuisine was very different depending of the guest.

The numbers of guest were 12-16 people.

The tip of cuisine the guest prefers was Mediterranean, Italian, Thai, Indian and his special Diet
all served on Buffet stile.
