MS PACHA
Captain Davor Matic
Born in 1979 in Rijeka, Croatia. After graduating in tourism, he worked on passenger ships before spending 5
years as a skipper for a Croatian sailboat charter company. He then worked on variety of superyachts of various
sizes up to 80 metres in length. Captain Davor speaks fluent English and Italian and his main goal is to lead his
team to achieve the highest standards on board. As a Captain, his focus is the safety of his guests, the crew, the
environment and the vessel always operating within legal and regulatory compliance.

Chef Arif Martli
Born in 1979, Ankara, Turkey, Arif graduated from Tourism university in 1997, Antalya and then worked for the
next 6 years in various 5* hotels and restaurants along the Turkish Riviera. During this time he specialized in
Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine but also developed his skills in Japanese, Mexican and French culinary styles.
He also taught International Gourmet Food courses in Antalya for up to 25 students. In 2002 he decided to enter
the world of yachting and has since this time been working on charter yachts up to 50 m in length. He has a great
personality, exceptional cooking flair and techniques as well as being a strong team player on board.

2. Stewardess Zorica Gantar
Born in 1986, Vinkovci, Croatia. Zorica holds a degree in Early Childhood Education, the field she was involved
with upon graduation. During her seasonal work in the tourist resorts of Istraturist, Umag, Zorica discovered her
interest in the short cruise experience and decided to pursue cruising as her new career. In 2015 Zorica joined the
crew of MS Pacha as its Stewardess. Passionate about people, tourism and cruising, Zorica aspires to the
highest professional standard and treats each new cruise as a unique experience for her guests. Zorica looks
forward to providing a professional yet warm and hospitable ambiance aboard the MS Pacha.
Deckhand Damir Rucevic
Born in 1983, in Sibenik, Croatia. After finishing engineering high school he started working as a heavy machinery
operator in two construction companies in his native town Sibenik. Over the years, besides his job, he felt the
magic call of the sea. In 2012, he decided to change his career and join one of touristic day-cruise ships for next
two years as a seaman. Damir is hard worker, strong team player, and above all very nice and reliable person.
