Michael Waxman Ms. Tinde, I have been at the epi-center of this case and Handrhan's attacks for
years now. I have seen the evidence that she is using her daughter as a pawn in order to destroy
Igor. I know that she has dragged her in to hospitals for over 18 pelvic examinations hoping to
find evidence of abuse. I truly believe, based on the FACTS of this case, that Handrahan will
stop at NOTHING to try and persuade people that her daughter is being abused. Look at the web
site for corroboration of that belief. Yes, I believe she would harm her child physically and/or
sexually and then blame it on Igor. Absolutely.

you need need more proof of her malice, her selfish, harmful behavior???

pedophiles to ogle, putting a target on this little girl's face so perverts can try and find her is NOT
"saving" her. Why are you such a passionate poster about this case? Have you attended any of
the hearings? Have you spoken to any of the DHHS caseworkers? Spoken to the psychologist
Kabacoff, or the guardian, Stout? Where does your information come from?
Michael Waxman Mr. Lentino, THIS is not YOUR site. I know that on Handrahan's site, when
you don't like someone questioning your position, you simply delete them and block them from
further posting, and then accuse them of trafficking in children, or being a drug user. However,
this is a site generally used by Maine people which you are trying to infiltrate and manipulate. If
you can't have a civil discussion on this site, please leave the site and find another which
endorses personal attacks and threats.
Michael Waxman I saw you do that before, and I am still scratching my head. I Googled that and
saw that Handrahan is posting my emails. So? Believe me, they were all picked through with a
fine toothed comb when Handrahan's grievances against me went all the way to a two day trial.
And you know what happened? NOTHING. The case was dismissed because I had done nothing
unethical. Are you also going to contact my former clients and try and manipulate them as
Handrahan has? These are acts of desperation. Why not just debate me if you think I am wrong?
I will answer ALL your questions and provide you with the documents which prove Handrahan's
story is false.

case you wanted to discuss, or was there more about my professional or personal life you wanted
to get into. Is this a dating site?

benefit of the doubt and presume that your passion springs from the laudable goal of protecting
children. Accordingly, please know that this child is safe and loved, that she is NOT abused by
her father. NEVER. Everyone who has seen my client and the child together has only had
glowing things to say . . . because he is an exceptional father. Thank goodness she has one parent
who is exceptional. If she did not, I think she would be a basket case already.

contact of any kind with her mother for over 7 months. Why doesn't your friend want to have any
contact with her? I read her silly excuse on her web site, but it makes no sense. I would walk
across glass and hot coals to see my child. Wild horses could not drag me away.
Michael Waxman Gry, I don't know where you live or whether you are an attorney (I do not
believe you are), but what you suggest is simply not possible, and if you think about it just for a
moment, it makes no sense at all. You think I can bribe judges in Maine? I can't. No one can.
There are no "substantiated sex abuse documents." There is merely the Spurwink report which
was based on a myriad of heresay and ONE, coached statement from a child who could tell a lie
from the truth. The judge found that Handrahan had presented "extremely precarious evidence of
an extremely serious charge" and dismissed the case. As for the pan incident? Mila told TWO
different DHHS investigators that her father NEVER hit her, that her momma told her he did,
and that she knew her momma was not telling the truth. A DHHS letter says that nearly
verbatim. I kid you not. DHHS HAS investigated this case, many times. And the Ombudsman's
Office reviewed ALL DHHS investigations because Handrahan complained. And the
Ombudsman's review was reviewed by another professional because Handrahan complained.

3. Michael Waxman Oh, and the radio station did not "allow the truth to be told." Handrahan called
in to the show, which was about Jerry Sandusky and child abuse. Handrahan called in and
launched into a 2-3 minute monologue in which she spat out lie after lie after lie, and the host got
her off the air as soon as she possibly could. I do not think that Diane Rehm is going to actually
have her on her show.
Michael Waxman Do you people not THINK at all independently? "Smoking a black rock?"
What does that even mean? And Ms. Tinde, I NEVER claimed that I would take the child from
Handrahan. I promised that I would always support Igor to ensure that justice was done and that
the child was in a loving and safe environment. If Handrahan would simply get help, she could
be part of that loving and safe environment.
Michael Waxman Ms. Tinde, do you have any adult friends who happen to have children? And
when you see your friend and his/her child, do you speak with the child? Do you end up liking
the child? That's the level of bond I have with this child. Why must you and Handrahan try so
hard to characterize such a relationship as disgusting? Yes, the child is delightful and silly and
fun. I like hangin out with kids because I am a big kid myself. So, I have developed a friendship
with Igor, as well as her child. But you assume it must be something ugly. Why? Are all your
relationships with children ugly?
Michael Waxman Ms. Tinde, I would like you to leave the personal attacks aside. That is not
how I expect you conduct disagreements in your professional life, and it is not appropriate to do
so in this public forum. I think you are misinformed by Handrahan. I have the documentation to
disprove ALL of the claims Handrahan is making. I don't forge documents. I don't buy judges. It
has been me up against about 10-12 different attorneys your friend has employed. Believe me,
the courts have noticed that the resources Handrahan has devoted to this case dwarf what we
have spent. You have this backwards.
Michael Waxman 1. Igor has NO criminal record. Check. Your statement is false. Yes, Igor was
charged with shoplifting cough syrup. And the charge was dismissed after he completed a
program and paid a fine. It is called "deferred disposition." Ask around. And he was NOT
convicted of assaulting Lori. That charge was "filed" and dismissed. 2. every judge and every
DHHS official who has interacted with Igor and Lori has found that LORI is not credible and
IGOR is. 3. Igor has not lied on his immigration papers. Think for just a moment -- where does
your info come from? A source who has been found by multiple judges and authorities to lack
credibility.
Michael Waxman See, Ms. Tinde, again, you really ought NOT to simply parrot what Handrahan
says. Rather, you should use your own eyes and your own intellect. Igor was NOT convicted of a
crime. The official documents indicate that Igor was not found to have harmed the child
intentionally. Also, there is NO evidence anywhere that he KICKED the child. This is a recent
creation by Handrahan. And you are also incorrect about his situation. He works, he has a family.
Just because Handrahan says something, you are not obligated to believe it.
Michael Waxman I have ALL the documents, Ms. Tinde, and I believe there will be a web site
up shortly which will make them easy to view. I'd be happy to send them to you by email if you
like. But the short version is that Handrahan was absolutely diagnosed by a doctorate level
forensic psychologist named Carol Lynn Kabacoff as being a Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

4. She testified that not only did Handrahan meet EVERY SINGLE CRITERIA but also that she
was the "most severe narcissist" she had "ever met or evaluated." So, that is pretty good
evidence. Oh, and the judge found her testimony "very credible." Your turn.
Michael Waxman Yes, every single person who disagrees with your good friend can expect to be
attacked. That is how she rolls. Tell you what, test my theory. Tell her yoiu question or disagree
with something she has told you. See what happens.

Bank in Washington, D.C., and who has also worked with the UN High Commissioner for
Refugees, and who is on the Advisory Board for Women International Networking, I am
astonished that you would simply accept your friend Lori's story without doing your own
investigation. Furthermore, how can a professional who seems to have devoted a large part of her
life to improving the human condition type away and accuse someone who holds a very different
view of Handrahan's claims of being "delusional?" That is not in keeping with your body of
work. People like you are Handrahan's most prized manipulation targets. Maureen Flatley was
another, who has since left Handrahan's employ. Please, just THINK before you continue to
parrot the Handrahan story.
Michael Waxman Ms. Tinde, I was sexually abused by a camp counselor named Conrad
Mainwaring at Greylock Camp in Becket Massachusetts from the age of 13-16, and I have the
emotional scars to prove it. I know about child abuse. And I assure you that Igor is a remarkably
loving, nurturing, gentle and patient man. Of course, you have never met him, so you are merely
taking Handrahan's word.
