Also whilst they managed their areas, I supported them and gave constructive advice.6.4Self Managers4: anticipate, take and manage risksOn the day of the festival, I went around the area a few times to identify any safety risks and if any was found then make them seen. Also, I was going to all of the stalls to make sure that all health and safety requirements had been met in terms of volunteers monitoring the bouncy castle with children on etc.<br />
