Editor's Notes
According to the US News website, just one-third of Americans think they sleep enough. When I surveyed this class, the numbers matched up almost perfectly. When there aren’t enough hours in the day after school, homework, practice, keeping up with friends, and what seems like a million other things, it seems like sleep just has to suffer. But do we really know what we’re missing when we go cheap on sleep? Sleep may not be a simple process, but it keeps our bodies functioning the way they should, provided we get enough.Reinburg, Steven. "Millions of Americans Don't Get Enough Sleep." US News.
