          people/year in 2012. In 2020 - 200 mln. Growth in their spending abroad 30% y/y
       2. Ancillary fees (Airlines) are the new normal. Passengers want to see
          all new fees being added on.
       3. Last-minute mobile hotel booking (expect more single-function
          startups)
       4. The rise of price transparency (i.e. if price goes down - re-book it
          automatically, e.g. tingo.com)
