This document describes a web application called "My City Without Crime" that allows citizens to lodge complaints with police stations, allows police stations to communicate with each other, and maintains a criminal database. It discusses the company that created it, Hewlett-Packard, as well as the project scope, modules, database tables, technologies used, screenshots, and plans for future enhancements.

3. Introduction Of Company
 Hewlett-Packard Company or HP is an American
multinational hardware & software corporation
headquartered in Palo Alto, California, United States.
 HP is the world’s leading PC manufacturer. It provides
products, technologies, software, solutions and services
to consumers, small and medium-sized businesses and
large enterprises, including customers in government,
health and education sectors.
 The company was founded in a one-car garage in Palo
Alto by William(Bill) Redington Hewlett and Dave
Packard.

4.  In 1939, Packard and Hewlett established HewlettPackard (HP) in Packard's garage with an initial capital
investment of US$538.
 Hewlett and Packard tossed a coin to decide whether
the company they founded would be called HewlettPackard or Packard-Hewlett. Packard won the coin toss
but named their manufacturing enterprise the "HewlettPackard Company".
 HP incorporated on August 18, 1947, and went public
on November 6, 1957.

6. Introduction Of The Project
 My City Without Crime is a web based application where
user can interact with various Police Stations.
 With its help civilians can easily lodge instant complaints.
 Various Police Stations can interact with each other and
can send required information to any other Police Station
efficiently.
 This application allows online administration of crime and
categories.
 This system uses an online interaction with the server
database.

7.  This application finds its use in the real world when all the
Police stations in a city are connected with each other
through a central server, which is supposed to be the
highest Police Authority of the city.
 The interaction involves spontaneous messages informing
the details of a crime to other stations so that the whole
city police becomes a single unit.
 Moreover, a normal user can also report a crime to a
particular station which would lead to easy access of his
request. Also, a criminal database ,easily accessible to the
Police Officials holds the details of all the criminals of the
city.

 Login for stations and admin.
 To provide spontaneous crime reports.
 To provide crime news to the users.
 Updating the criminal lists.
 Add to Emergency News.
 Maintaining criminal record.

report, Current week statistics report and also
the Month-wise report related Crime in the city.
