and other organisations with high-volume IT needs, helping them
to manage the financing, use and replacement of IT equipment in
a transparent, cost-effective and sustainable way.
We are also a reseller of refurbished computers and mobile
devices, We find a new home for used equipment that otherwi-
se would be recycled or, in the worst case, simply thrown away.
We securely erase all equipment data at our refurbishing centres in
Finland, Sweden, UK and Malaysia, then clean and test the
equipment before reselling.
We’re able to extend the lifetime of IT equipment and minimise
the amount of waste it generates. We refurbish and resell 95 per
cent of the equipment that’s returned to us, with only five per
cent being sent for recycling. Because we handle large volumes
of equipment and use very efficient processes, we can offer this
service to our customers at a very cost-effective price. They
benefit from the peace of mind that their sensitive data is properly
erased from all returned equipment before it is resold.

STEP 2: ENJOY HASSLE-FREE IT MANAGEMENT THAT SAVES YOU TIME AND MONEY
We collect all the necessary data on your equipment and use it to create your asset register.
Our online asset management tool – developed based on real customer processes and needs –
makes it quick and easy for you to track your leased assets and generate on-demand reports for
cost monitoring and budgeting. No more tiresome, time-consuming paperwork
and number crunching.
STEP 3: RETURNING OR REPLACING YOUR IT ASSETS IS EASY
You’ll be notified well in advance and we’ll even arrange collection of the equipment. All
you need to do is access the asset register and tell us what you want to do with equipment
reaching the end of its lease – the rest is our responsibility. After undergoing our thorough
data erasure process, returned equipment is either resold or responsibly recycled.
