Singapore Government's Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority maintains data on all companies registered in Singapore. It makes available free of charge information about the current status of the firm, its registration number, and registered address. Using its facility this file was created, which gives information anout two entities, Biometrix Marketing Pvt Ltd. & Strasbourg holding Pvt. Ltd. Both these entities were mentioned on 27th March 2014 during a hearing on a Public Interest Litigation in Supreme Court of India by an NGO, Common Cause, represented by Advocate Prashant Bhushan, and CPI MP Gurudas Dasgupta, represented by Advocate Colin Gonsalves seeking cancellation of Reliance Industries' contract for exploration of oil and gas from Krishna-Godavari basin. During the hearing, justices J Chelameswar and Kurian Joseph remarked that though it appeared to be an important issue, no political party has raised it. The SC bench also wanted to know from the Centre about a probe into the alleged money laundering issue raised during the hearing. The supposed FDI inflows from Biometrix Marketing reached entities in India, it is alleged, either privately owned or otherwise controlled by Mukesh Ambani, such as Relogistics Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Reliance Gas Transportation Infrastructure, Reliance Ports and Terminals Ltd. and Reliance Utilities Ltd.
