Our agenda is to give you some background on the company, help you understand what our deliverables are to you as a customer with whom we are engaged in a project, and set some expectations as to the project experience itself. Finally, to reiterate that value that we deliver that we think sets us apart from others in the competitive market place.

The market place has validated the fact that TI is an industry leader in providing collaborative communication solutions that leverage the power of digital media to deliver measurable results to our customers. Although we have customers all over North America, the concentration of our customer base in within 150 miles of any one of our offices, which, as you can see, are concentrated in the Southeast. Our bench depth and financial strength allows us to be a capable partner for you on any size project, from one that is completed in several days, to one that spans a year or more.
  4. The stars on this map depict the locations of TI “bricks and mortar”. The dots are the head quarters locations of our PSNI affiliates. PSNI is an organization of companies similar to Technical Innovation. Our relationship with the owners of those companies allows us to leverage the strength of our affiliates’ resources when our customers’ needs take us more than a couple of hundred miles from the flag pole.
  5. No doubt, you recognize many of the logos and brands on this slide. We are proud that this “world class” set of companies and organizations have chosen to partner with our company. We believe one of the reasons great organizations partner with us is our ability to deliver a “best of class” set of professional services.
  6. So again, the elevator pitch is the first sentence that you see on that slide. I believe it is important to note that, although we have strong expertise in digital multi-media technology, we are focused on leveraging that technology to produce productivity gains and long term strategic and financial value across our customers’ organizations. As a result of the listening to our customers, informally through daily conversation, and formally through satisfaction surveys and market research, we know that what our customers value most highly is not technology…..they can get that many places. They place a high value on our “best of class” set of professional services. Services delivered by technically certified, experienced TI people who genuinely care about our customers’ experience.
  7. The result of our team combining strong technical competence with a diligent customer service ethic is the kind of opinions that you see depicted on this slide. Again , as a part of our constant effort to get the feedback that we need to continually improve as an organization, we solicit our customer’s opinions at the completion of every project, be it large or small. I can show you a notebook an inch thick, filled with customer satisfaction surveys collected over the past year or so.
  8. I’ve talked about the performance of the TI team, and the value that they deliver. This slide tracks the typical sequence of a project life cycle, and highlights the deliverables that you should expect to receive at any stage of that project. In the analysis and design phase, the watch word is “comprehensive”. Our team looks at all facets that effect success: the facility , the network, the technology. We develop an engineered technical solution and a comprehensive scope, and present it to you in a thorough proposal. Each project has a dedicated project manager whose job it is to coordinate the considerable logistics, and through written weekly reporting, keep you informed of the progress of the project. Technology integration and GUI development typically take place in one of our facilities. Our objective is to deliver an integrated, tested system to your site for installation. This discipline allows us to provide you with cost-effective quality. (good place to show integration process, technical standards manual) Once the installation of technology is complete, we will train you on its use, and provide you with a comprehensive set of user level and technical documentation. (good place to show documentation deliverable example) Another area where we get consistently high marks from our customers is for customer service and support. One guarantee we can make is that, at some point, technology will break or need adjustment and require service. That is when our dedicated team of customer support technicians, anchored by our help desk, will spring into action. When our help desk can’t solve the problem, we will dispatch a technician to your site quickly. Our performance has been validated by a five year customer satisfaction average score of over 4.6, on a scale of 1 to 5. We believe that the contributions of competent people who care will translate into value for you. Our pricing model has been validated by years of experience in our industry. We are rarely, if ever, the lowest priced provider. Nor are we the highest. Our experience has shown us that we are competitive with our pricing, and at the same time we deliver our customers quality that exceeds what is commonly found in our industry. With that said, our scope specific price warranty states that if the scope of work for the project doesn’t change, then our price will not change. Period.
  9. So we’ve talked about our deliverables to you. Let’s spend a few minutes to talk about our commitment to you. If you look at the slide the three ovals represent, on the left project planning, the middle project installation execution, and on the right is system performance, or the reason that you do the project in the first place. We have learned from our customers that when we have control of most or all of the variables in a project, they have a great experience. We control most, if not all the variables, when we are in the planning mode (the left oval), and the performance/support mode (the right oval). Consequently, we get consistently high marks from our customers in these areas. It is that center oval, the installation mode, that can get challenging. That is because, during this phase, we are highly dependent on the performance of others. Manufacturers, freight companies, electrical contractors, general contractors, network service providers, etc.. If any of these parties does not perform up to expectations, it can cause some anxious moments. Our promise to you is that our project manager will do his or her best to minimize the anxiety factor for you during an installation, and keep you informed. And of course that system performance, the reason for the project in the first place, will meet or exceed your expectations.
  10. So, here is a list of reasons that we believe TI is the right partner for your organization’s implementation of digital multi-media. There is probably not one attribute or deliverable, that on its own, would define us as the best choice. We think that, collectively, these elements of our offering give you the comfort that you need with an important decision. We can demonstrate and validate this list with examples of our deliverables, documentation, and past satisfaction surveys.
